2009 Interlake Nationals

So, what's there to do in Traverse City anyway?

The Grand Traverse Area has many lighthouses, Sleeping Bear National Sand dunes, Boardman river valley, plus too many trails, beaches and lakes to count.

From a “civilized” perspective, there are too many wineries, art galleries, great restaurants, shops and golf courses to count.

To get a handle on even part of it visit the Travelers Bureau website. It is a great website with many, many regional activities, festivals, restaurants, shops, parks, trails, etc. Well, you get the idea…just CHECK IT OUT!

or

1-800-TRAVERS (872-8377) for a free color magazine.

Tip: For those of you coming in early: FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE happens in downtown TC from 6:pn till 9 or 10. The street is blocked off. Lots of curbside vendors, street performers, bands, and real family party.
